Sometimes writing a novel feels an awful lot like waiting. And what does any sane person do while waiting?
Sigh. I know.
It’s the words. I’m waiting for the words.
Meanwhile, I’ve been doing a lot of knitting.

Knitting is a good way to get those creative juices going in your head and you end up with a concrete item as well.
Thank, Kathy – you’re absolutely right. Creativity is creativity is creativity. I really believe that it channels around from one area to another. 🙂 In fact, today I sat down and actually found a few of those words!
I can’t think of a better way to wait (and think) especially in the company of your furry helper. I so do love homemade socks. ENJOY!!!
Thanks, Valerie! These socks are going into the Christmas gift box…destined for someone I won’t mention here, lol. 😉
Beautiful yarn colors. The words will come, let your mind percolate for a while. It’s there.
Thank you Susan. It’s working. Slowly but surely. I actually got a few of those words out and down on paper this afternoon! 😉
Beautiful work Nita…Also…you keep your furry pal so well groomed…well done on both!!
Ah, Cynde. What would I do without Sammy? And his groomer. No way I’m doing that again…it’s worth every penny I pay to have it done professionally! lol!
